After Geting the PO from customer, Eastindustrys will start the project management immediately. During the design, manufacture, assembly, commission and shipping, Eastindustrys will keep communicate with customer about the technical details, project details, quality report and information confirmation to make sure customer know what happen in time

Time to Time Onsite Service

Besides the onsite support mentioned in the contract, Eastindustrys will also provide a free time to time onsite service to help customer check, maintenace the machine, and give training.

Free Training All The Time

No matter when, the customer needs a training, Eastindustrys will provide for free. In any case, the operator of the machine is changed, Customer can always find Eastindustrys.
