This equipment is used to bake solvent-based products：Speedicath Flex CH 6-18 male & felmal, Boy 6-12, the solvent contains following organics:
Absolut ethanol
Triethyl Citrate
N-Methylpyrrolidone
Tetra-hydrofuran
The capacity of oven is 1440 pcs/h, 46 pieces per group. The door open will last 1.5min and close in 6s. The product contains ethanol, with contents 180g/h, 0.125g/pcs, and the evaporation time is 0.125g/(180/3600)=13S.
Heating time per product is ≥30min
Lower limit of explosion of LEL density is V≤25%
Besides, input of the oven is lifting door equipped with air knife. In side of the oven, hot air are recirculated in 3 directions. The heater and fans are anti-explosion types. At one side of the oven, a maintenace door is reserved for user to check and maintance the machine.
