Infrared Oven with Two Inputs for Chair Fiber Heat Shrink

Profile design for chair fiber heat shrink. For an even heat distribution, the height of the infrared lamp wholely structure is adjustable and each lamp is adjustable.

Product introduction:

General Discription:

Automation Heating System. One machine is avaiable for two operators. There are two input stations, operator press down the start and heated one after the other. PLC controls the system to avoid the pallets hit each other.


Infrared Heating:

Three zones, each zone could be controlled independently to get a better heating results. Heraeus lamps, durable and good function. Besides, the height of infrared lamps are generally adjustable and each lamps are adjustable to make sure the heat results is good. We focus on the customer purpose.


Transprotation:

Belt with pallet driven by SEW servo motor.


Other function

1. safety: 


  • safety curtain to protect product and operator.
  • emergency stops, both ends, to stop machine any time
  • safety lock, if the machine can't be stop, the door can't be open


2. Temperature detecting: infrared sensor to check the temperature of the product;

3. Lifting door, for both ends, to avoid heat escape.

Surface treatment

1. Surface grinding, polishing, phosphating (can increase the corrosion resistance of metal, the adhesion of paint) treatment

3. The color is "computer gray".

Chamber material

1.     Made of1.5mm thick SUS304 stainless steel plate

2.     The Chamber is fully welded

Oven support

1.     It is made of 50*50*3mm angle steel, with Reinforcement which maintains the bearing strength of each surface inside and outside the box, and retains the coefficient of thermal expansion and contraction, which can prevent the box from deforming.

Insulation material

It adopts 100K thicken insulation made from Aluminum silicate wool, which is incombustible and has the characteristics of strong heat insulation. The thickness is 100mm.

Auto moving tray/pallet

1.     Driven by delta servo motor with reducer;

2.     Two pallets, independent moving

3.     Both hands start-button, after loading the parts, both hands press, then the pallet could be moving

Lifting Door

1.   Pneumatic lifting doors (SMC) for both sides

2.   Safety curtain (SICK) will be installed on the top of the door for both sides

Infrared heating

Electrical cabinet

1.   Control cabinet is installed one side of the oven.

Control system

Adopt Siemens HMI 10’ & OMRON NX102-9000 PLC control.

Exhausting Fan

1.   On the top of the oven, the 0.75KW exhausting fan(Siemens motor with converter) is installed with filter

2.   When temperature is too high, the fan will start automatically.

3.   Duct to the customer’s Ventilation system, TBD.

Moving process

1.   After loading part, both hands press button, one pallet moves into the heating zone, while the other size is waiting outside.

2.   After heating is done, the part will be moved out automatically.

3.   The other side moves into for heating;

Automatic constant temperature

The temperature controller can automatically calculate the output power according to the temperature value set by the user using PID. The closer it is to the temperature setting value, the smaller the output power is, so as to achieve the purpose of constant temperature control and save energy.

Over temperature controller

When the temperature exceeds the set value of the over-temperature protection thermostat, the heating power is automatically cut off

Timer setting

LED digital controller, the maximum time can be set to 99 hours, and the unit can be arbitrarily switched to hours, minutes, seconds

Thermal sensor

1.   Contacted type sensor to check the temperature of product

2.   OMEGA Infrared Thermal Sensor, 4pcs.

Other

Control electrical appliances are Schnider or OMRON brand
