The infrared heating equipment is used for Rubber sealing post-curing. Max. The temperature is around 300℃.
Product Feature:
The structure of oven is type of our standard oven. Outside shell of the oven is made from cold plate with painting spray to anti-corrosion.
For inner chamber, SS made, full welded. Between the outshell and chamber, it is the insolution made from Aluminum silicate wool with thickness 200mm
Transportation:
SS mesh conveyor driven by 1.5KW SEW reducer motor. The speed is adjustable 1-10m/s. In this way, to control the heating time of product. Mesh conveyor is more easy to clean.
Temperature Control:
Infrared lamps heating, for rubber post curing, short wave infrared lamps are suggested. There are several heating zones, each zone could be independently controlled to get a percisely temperature control. Besides, the oven is PLC controlled, which is more easy to control temperature and heating time.
More configuration:
During rubber curing, a lot of waste gas will be generated. So fans and exhausting system are equipped to output the waste gas out. As it is infrared heating, the heat is well kept.
