Chamber material

Made of 3.0mm thick SUS316 stainless steel plate

Oven support

It is made of 50*50*3mm angle steel, which maintains the bearing strength of each surface inside and outside the box, and retains the coefficient of thermal expansion and contraction, which can prevent the box from deforming.

Insulation material

It adopts 100K thicken ceramic wool, which is incombustible and has the characteristics of strong heat insulation. The thickness is 300mm.

Seal material

The sealing strip is made of glass fiber strip, which can withstand high temperature without deformation.

Caster and cup

1. The bottom is equipped with an adjustable foot cup, which is convenient to adjust the height and level of the box

One side open door

Automatic constant temperature

The temperature controller can automatically calculate the output power according to the temperature value set by the user using PID. The closer it is to the temperature setting value, the smaller the output power is, so as to achieve the purpose of constant temperature control and save energy.

Over temperature controller

When the temperature exceeds the set value of the over-temperature protection thermostat, the heating power is automatically cut off

Timer setting

LED digital controller, the maximum time can be set to 99 hours, and the unit can be arbitrarily switched to hours, minutes, seconds

Heating pipe control
