Discription
  1. The vacuum environment significantly lowers the boiling point of the liquid to be expelled, making vacuum drying easily applicable to heat-sensitive substances.
  2. For samples that are difficult to dry, such as powders or other granular samples, vacuum drying effectively shortens drying time. Compared to ordinary drying relying on air circulation, powdered samples are not blown or moved by flowing air.
  3. Safer to use: Under vacuum or inert conditions, the probability of oxides exploding upon heating is reduced.
  4. Various complex mechanical parts or other porous samples, after cleaning, are less likely to have residues after complete drying using vacuum drying.
  5. The temperature control adopts a microcomputer single-chip microcomputer design, featuring temperature control, timing, and over-temperature alarm functions; the LED digital tube dual digital display has P.I.D. self-tuning function, ensuring precise temperature control and parameter memory function (automatic resumption of operation after power restoration).
  6. The outer casing is made of 1.2mm SECC steel plate, with a precision double-layer powder coating treatment on the outer surface, resulting in a more aesthetically pleasing appearance and enhanced corrosion and rust resistance compared to ordinary surface spraying.
  7. The inner chamber is made of 2.5mm thick stainless steel, resistant to pressure differentials; the semi-circular corner design facilitates cleaning.
  8. The observation window on the door has a double-layer structure; the inner layer is thickened bulletproof tempered glass, allowing users to clearly observe the experiments inside the chamber.
  9. The door closure tightness is adjustable, and the integrally molded silicone rubber door seal ensures excellent airtightness within the high vacuum chamber.
  10. Heating is achieved using nickel-chromium alloy electric heaters, evenly distributed around the outer walls of the chamber, ensuring uniform internal temperature.
  11. The heating power ratio is adjustable, ensuring no temperature fluctuations at low settings.
  12. Storage, heating, testing, and drying are all conducted in an oxygen-free or inert gas-filled environment, preventing oxidation of the dried products.
  13. Automatic vacuum control: The vacuum drying oven employs analog engineering digital technology to control the vacuum level. The fully automatic digital display control via solenoid valves provides more precise and effective vacuum control. The vacuum level is adjustable from 0 Pa to 105 Pa via the panel, with an adjustment accuracy of 1 Pa. The sensor uses a silicon resistive diode pressure sensor, ensuring a stable pressure value unaffected by airflow, and transmitting this stable pressure value to the LED display of the vacuum controller. With a vacuum pump of appropriate power, the minimum vacuum level inside the chamber can reach below 10 Pa.
Usage
Vacuum drying ovens are specifically designed for drying heat-sensitive, easily decomposed, and easily oxidized substances. They can be filled with inert gas, enabling rapid drying of even complex compositions. Widely used in research fields such as biochemistry, chemical pharmaceuticals, medical and health care, agricultural research, and environmental protection, they are used for powder drying, baking, and sterilization of various glass containers. They are particularly suitable for the rapid drying of heat-sensitive, easily oxidized, and complex-component items.
